Ingest
Bulk intake of scanned and digital records in any format. Pages are classified and indexed.

Normalise
Part numbers, serials, dates and cycles are extracted and reconciled across operators and MROs.

Model
Facts are stored in a versioned ontology — objects, links, events — each with page-level provenance.

Reconstruct
The asset's timeline is assembled: installations, removals, life-limited part cycles, AD and SB compliance.

Evaluate
Remaining potential and financial exposure are calculated from the reconstructed timeline.

Report
Gaps and conflicts are listed as findings with their sources, so they can be checked and discussed.
Ontology first
The model is the product.
The interface is replaceable. The clean, versioned, source-linked model of the aircraft is not — once it exists, it answers questions beyond the transaction it was built for.

Yellowhammer operates within the domain of data intelligence and commercial analytics, outside the certification and regulatory scope of aviation authorities such as EASA or the FAA. ARFE does not issue certificates of airworthiness or certified asset appraisals. Its outputs are decision-support inputs for the parties to a transaction, and contractual liability limits are defined accordingly.
